We invite you to make a pause right now, right there in front of your computer, take five minutes to get into silence, to reconnect. We suggest you place your feet on the Earth to ground sit with you back strait and breath calmly and deeply. Just relax and connect with your breath feeling the flow of life that keeps you in this body. Feel the here and now, hook your attention to your breath and bring it to the present moment. Slow your breath down. Acknowledge the present moment. Create a five minutes break for you to be completely present.
Whatever you need to do in your day do it from this state of presence, of wholeness, coming back to this present moment as much as you can. That will have an impact on the quality of your life and those that suround you.
You are creating peace in your here and now.
Welcome to Onearth Practice!

David Elliott is a clairaudient healer, he hears through his senses, and recognizes the many emotions and fears people are holding inside. Through listening and basic breathing techniques, David has helped hundreds of people around the world achieve greater clarity and happiness in mind, body and spirit. He is the author of the best-selling book The Reluctant Healer and more recently Healing.
Born and raised on a farm in Kentucky, David moved to Miami in 1986 to pursue an acting career. He then ventured to Los Angeles, acting in films, television shows, and commercials throughout the 1980s and early '90s. After a meeting with renowned mystic healer Tim Heath, Elliott connected the dots of many chance meetings with strangers from the past several months-people claiming they had been sent to him for "healing" by their guru in India, or their psychic in New York. With the help of Tim Heath, David Elliott learned to recognize his unique ability to feel, move, and manipulate energy; the healing work got easier, and the "reluctant" phase of his life dissipated. By 1997, his acting career had ended and he was seeing more than twenty clients a week. As David recalls, "The Universe obviously had a plan for me, so I decided to get out of the way and do the healing work." David has had a successful healing practice in Los Angeles for the past 20 years as well as an active practice in many U.S cities. He is also teaching to large audiences in Italy and Spain. He has trained over 1500 healers from around the world and the demand for his teaching and healing work is growing exponentially. In the last three years David has begun teaching teachers so he can have more support and get in a much needed vacation!
David Elliott will be generously guiding the next session of ONEARTH PRACTICE on August 22nd 2010.

Gammadian at age 18, after receiving an initiation into raj yoga from Prem Rawat, travelled overland to India where he spent the next 15 years studying yoga tantras and silence practices. He travelled by foot through the Himalayas staying in caves and temples and visiting special places of India among men of power and knowledge.
T.B. complications led Gammadian to leave India in a wheel chair. He spent years in hospitals and later graduated to walking on crutches and then finally on sticks. Carlos Castaneda, a favourite anthropologist of his since the 60s, published a book of magical movements, through which he was inspired and begun practicing. Through this practice and other acquired knowledge, Gammadian was able to bring himself back to health. ( BBC story ).
He then walked part of the Camino de Compostella de Santiago, returning afterwards to Asia for several years and travelling through the Himalayas in Pakistan, Nepal and India, journeying to Mt Kailash in Tibet with Kristin Wergeland Krog, who is also featured in the video.
They extended their tour through SE Asia and finally ended up via sacred sites, in Java where both met the Taoist seer and healer known as John Chang. It is here that Gammadian and Kristin, were both initiated into the practice of Mo Pai .
For 40 years, Gammadian has regularly practiced many movement forms (learned in Dreaming)and meditations. He has practiced and guided Magical Passes as both a representative of Cleargreen and in his own projects during the last 10 years. With this expertise and profound passion, he guided the event of Onearth Practice on June 6th, 2010!

Welcome to Onearth Practice
Our intent is to gather people from all around the world interested in sharing through the practice of inner silence and create together a network of expanding awareness and love. The gathering point of the practice is a relaxation and meditation video that is broadcasted throught this site and experienced simultaneously all around world.
The video is guided each time by representatives from diverse traditions or spiritual paths, as a way to celebrate this auspicious time of deliberate co-creation, where many traditions and lineages are opening and sharing with each other and with the world.
Many of us have been recipients of knowledge gathered over thousands of years; we acknowledge each tradition, and realize we have much in common: the intent for alignment with our greater inner being.
We understand that the first step to have peace in the world is to have peace within.
Aligning with ourselves, with each other and with the Earth we hope to contribute together to the emergence of a greater global awareness of the fact that we are all One People living on One Earth, capable of intending and creating together.
So whatever lineage, tradition, religion, spiritual path or technique you practice to go into inner silence, we invite you to join us in this adventure of evolving awareness sharing a moment of inner silence, planting together a seed of love and joy for our planet and for all the beings that live on this beautiful Earth.

I breathed with all of you and felt how the concept of Pacha -space and time- was embodied.
I felt an energetic healing coming from women I know, groups of women.
A new community is possible, a community of free men and women.
I felt the Earth is in my house and it's beating with my journey's companions.
Love became wider, a loving feeling grew and became generosity and trust.

The Real Magic
The only machine that works is the one that makes life possible,
in front of its magic truth all the rest seems unsustainable.
Her wisdom always teaches us,
her fertility nourishes us,
her impartiality gives us balance.
And her never-ending generosity will manage one day
to heal all the ways that we abuse her.

Underground
A tree continues under the ground. There is a subterranean tree that eats Earth and silence. It's branches grow to reach the inner sky. In the extremities of it's branches one can taste the fear of burying yourself and confront the abyss and the burning desire to continue to advance, growing, admiring and to harvest precious stones, multicolor stars that you can pick like fruits on an over-fly. I go down... a little more, and I can feel the taste of the rainbow nourishing the skin.

Gong Master Nicole Renica says he has two great passions in his life; sound vibration and the expansion of consciousness. Music is a really important part of his life although he has received no formal training, letting his intuition and natural abilities guide him. He enjoys listening and creating music and says with a piano in front of him he cant do anything but allow his fingers to move across the keyboard as he lets himself go. Even more than music he is drawn to sound and likes to experiment with the sonic possibilities of any object or musical instrument.
Attracted by the vibrations that instruments are able to give, he started as a child collecting and studying various musical instruments, and was entranced both by the simplicity and efficiency of the ethnic ones and the complexity that developed instruments held.
Nicola acquired the title of musical animator with Cemb and used this experience whilst teaching music as an external expert in pre-school. After this he studied acoustic physics, constructing small musical instruments, made with shells, coconuts, bamboo canes etc. Among his various creations the most successful were wind chimes, which still give him deep satisfaction and are greatly appreciated by musicians, choir masters and all who hear them.
At present he is combining his love of sound and expanding consciousness by teaching awareness workshops entitled strategies for internal development: open your heart. He conducts evening gong baths with planetary gongs and individual sound massages. He continues to construct tuned and harmonised wind chimes. He has recorded some of his work both overtone and monochord singing and a gong bath.
From 2005 Nicola has collaborated with the Belgian therapist in his BIOVOICE seminars. He is studying the curative power of sound including the VOICE-WELLNESS relationship.
He has recorded 2 CDs, one of overtones and monochord singing at 432 Hz, and the other is a Sound Bath..
Nicola will be sharing with us his Gong mastery supporting our silence session in October 2011.

The B eing E nergy team hosting our next session:
Aerin Alexander is an exercise physiologist and a Somatic Awareness teacher; Miles Reid is a medical doctor and an acupuncturist and Yelena Shor is a kinesiologist and Gyrotonic instructor.
Miles and Aerin are both direct apprentices of Dr. Carlos Castaneda and his cohorts, students of don Juan Matus, a Yaqui Indian from Sonora, Mexico, heir to an ancient tradition of Mexican shamanism. Yelena has been an instuctor of the same lineage for more than 10 years.
Together they have applied all that they gathered and experienced from their shamanistic apprenticeship and from their formal academic studies into a program for health and well-being called B eing E nergy.
They will be sharing with us the essence of this new program: the experience of reconnecting to our body as a physical and energetic unit.
We are energy; the body is energy, the body is also spirit. We are living spirits/energy having a physical experience.
So in our Onearth session we will be exploring inner silence with our whole body, and practicing how to bring inner silence into our daily life and in our interaction with others.
